岡崎選手、プレミア優勝チームのスタメンとは快挙ですね。 ただし香川選手の例もあるので、また来シーズンからが勝負となるのでしょうが。
さて、WSJに別の観点からの記事がありました。Leicester City、タイ人の大富豪がオーナーのようですね。
大意から入ったため読み違えることはなかったのですが、逆におやっと思ったのが、eclipseの使い方。日食、月食といった名詞で覚えて来ましたが、なんと動詞での用法は他動詞なのですね。

無意識ですが、咄嗟に自動詞としてイメージしました。でもこれを「欠ける」と取ると意味が逆転してしまいますね。
